- Our investigators conduct Origin and Cause investigations throughout the entire southeastern United States, and can be on any fire scene with 24 hours of the assignment.
- We use digital, and video photography to document the fire scene and preserve critical evidence to assist you in the handling of your claim.
- Using the team approach of having more than one investigator on all loss investigations, we are able to complete the assignment quickly and give you an answer immediately after the investigation is completed.
- We provide a telephone report when the investigation is completed, a written preliminary report the following day and a complete report within ten working days. (Does your current provider respond that quickly?)
- We do not perform “walk through” investigations. Every fire scene is completely overhauled and the room(s) of origin reconstructed to demonstrate how and where the fire originated.
- We are very aware of how others can cause “spoliation” of a fire scene and each ISC team member knows how to document, collect and preserve the evidence needed to be successful in the defense of an incendiary fire loss and those where subrogation is pursued.
